How it works?
Before confirming your booking, please ensure your chosen hotel permits external decorators. Clients are responsible for notifying the hotel and providing reception with details of our scheduled arrival.
On the day, we collect the room key directly from reception and begin styling your selected package. Once complete, the key is returned and you will be informed that your setup is ready.

Who cleans up?
Clients will be provided with a clear guide for room restoration following their booking. We operate a strict helium only policy and do not use glue dots or adhesive materials to minimise any risk of damage to hotel property.
Any damage caused to the room or hotel property during or after the booking remains the sole responsibility of the client.

How much notice is required?
We kindly request as much notice as possible when booking to allow for planning and preparation. Bookings made with less than one week’s notice must be submitted via our Custom Booking section and are subject to additional charges at our discretion. In certain circumstances, we may accept urgent bookings with as little as 24 hours’ notice. These are strictly subject to availability and will incur an emergency fee of up to £250.
