Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
Any claims for:
-
damaged items
-
faulty items
-
missing items
must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must be supported with clear photographic evidence.
To compensate for faulty or damaged goods, we will offer store credit or a replacement.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
We are not responsible for:
-
items lost in the post
-
damage caused after delivery
-
balloons that pop due to customer handling or environmental factors
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Failure to report within the stated timeframes will result in the claim being declined.
Booking, Cancellations & Deposits
All bookings require a £100 non refundable deposit to secure the date.
This deposit covers:

consultation and planning time
-
supplier orders and pre purchased stock
-
preparation and packaging
-
staff scheduling
-
date reservation and lost booking opportunity
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date.
Cancellation Terms
More than 7 days before the event:
Any payments made excluding the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
Within 7 days of the event:
Only 50 percent of the total amount paid may be refunded.
The £100 deposit is still non refundable.
Within 48 hours of the event:
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes:

situations where setup has already taken place
-
situations where setup was scheduled to take place
Once a setup has been completed by myself or my team, no refunds will be issued regardless of the reason.
Hotel Setups
For hotel setup bookings, please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your chosen date. We will try to accommodate where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If you cancel within 14 days of your booked date, we reserve the right to retain the full £100 deposit.
Exchanges (Physical Products Only)
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to:

Request a return for the original item

Place a new order once the return is approved
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Agreement
By confirming a booking or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
